1. What products do you sell? We sell high-quality, stylish apparel, including T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts, featuring unique designs. All items are pre-printed and ready to ship.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our total estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days. This includes:

3. Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request to cancel or change your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nicesnkpro.com.

4. What are your shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $199. For orders under $199, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 is applied at checkout.
5. How can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use on the carrier’s website (USPS or UPS) to monitor your package.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return policy?

8. Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to change-of-mind or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we made an error (e.g., sent a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

No. We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
