Order Processing Time
All orders placed on nicesnkpro are processed within 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after our daily order cut-off time at 5:00 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We use reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. After processing, delivery typically takes between 7 to 10 business days, Monday to Friday. Please note these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to external factors like adverse weather, high-volume seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders totaling $199 or more.

Standard Shipping: Orders under $199 will be charged a flat rate of $7.99.
Shipping Areas
We proudly ship exclusively within the United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch of your order, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or via the tracking link provided.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States and are unable to deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or international addresses. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Taxes
All orders shipped within the United States will incur a 5% sales tax, calculated during checkout.
Handling Charges
We do not charge additional handling fees. Your shipping fee covers handling, packing, and postage.
Delivery Issues

Failed Deliveries: If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the absence of the recipient, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for redelivery.

Missing or Lost Packages: In the rare event of your order being lost or missing in transit, we will promptly initiate a thorough investigation and, if confirmed, we will either resend the product or provide a full refund within 5-7 business days after the issue is confirmed.
Damaged or Lost Items

We will address the issue promptly and thoroughly, typically resolving these cases within 5-7 business days.
Holidays and Weekends
Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends and national holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed the following business day.
Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items
Occasionally, items may be delayed or temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer options including:
